Friendly mycelium or EVIL MOLD OF DOOM?

Had this growing on the outside of a couple of 1 gallon pots I just transplanted out of. It just popped up in the last two days. Notice a small speck of it on the surface soil of one of my girls, too. Mycelium, or evil mold of doom? When I transplanted, roots looked good, a nice white color, and the root mass was solid enough at 20 days that the dirt came out and maintained the shape of the pot. Using smartpot, so no issue of being rootbound as far as I could tell.

Pots had a mix of Happy Frog and Light Warrior with perlite added in.

Yeah if it's furry it's mold. If it's infected you can try to take her out and do a flush and re-pot in a more aerated pot.
