Ok so I will look into taking the glass off tonight. And I will go buy a small fan to see if that helps . I'll keep you updated ! Thanks for the help !
well i really hope you look into the vapor pressure,,, because thats why your leaves are curling,,
thats more important than taking the lenses off your bulbs

They got a little bleached because that's a lot of wattage in a small area. You've got 84 watts in what looks like about 1 square foot. You'd have to keep them a good distance above the plants since you have them grouped so close together, probably a foot at least. Or you could just unscrew half of them, or the middle 2.

About the diffusers, I just cut them off with a steak knife, about 1/2" up from where they attach to the base. The remaining part acts like a reflector, similar to an Angelina COB reflector.

Ok guys so I just removed all the plastic diffusers and wow I got 5 of the lights done went to remove the last and I couldn't even tell a difference when I removed it ! The light output stayed the same ... so I fixed that one and when I put it back in a noticeable difference in light ! Then I raised the light from 2 inches ( was 3 inches when I left this morning at 5am) too now 8 inches ... I also purchased a fan and for now it's on low speed since when I stick my hand just over the plant I just barley feel heat from the lights. The soil feels fairly moist because of the water in the run off container that the plant sits in. What else should I do to make this better ?

That chart posted up there is only 1 step to the entire VPD formula.

That chart is only one of the steps to work out VPD.
From the photo it looks like a number of things, old growth is dark green, new is yellowy green. maybe a lockout or deficiency?
Also he hasn't told us his humidity, which (mentioned above in relation with VPD) might be causing the plant to transpire too much thus causing the slight cupping?
Is there even an intake fan for airflow?
Now i haven't got soil experience but if that was coco id definitely flush it with light nutrient solution.

And that's exactly what I did ! I realized it was way to hot in there with those leds ! I got a fan in there cooling things off now and I also did a nitrogen flush with 3 tsp of fox farm grow big with a gallon of water . My temp doesn't read humidity but I will be getting one tomorrow ! Along with another fan for the duct. My ph has been slightly low as well though . Around 5.3-5.6 would that cause harm ?

The soil is made of peat moss and perlite and a few light nutrients I'm not really understanding the whole vpd thing ? I'm very new at growing this is actually the farthest I've ever got indoors. I've grown outdoors but pretty much let Mother Nature take its course.

Hang in there your getting good help find out what your humidity is when you get your meter your plant is fine for now don't over love it

First off don't start adding or fluctuating you nute intake or start making a bunch or durastic changes! Get a fan blowing on it to get air circulation, when you start nutes you always want to start at 50% recommended in case of shocking your plant. Just relax and don't stress

Super sick over the weekend but today I went to the local hydro store and purchased some foxfarm big bloom some rock wool cubes and a bottle of ph up. I gave the plant both nutrients , since Friday they plant was starting to look greener but since last night gotten yellow again . I think I was missing a nuitrient so I will be trying this one as well . Starting two more seeds as well ! Gonna put them in 2 gallon tall pots and place them in my grow area in a week.

I also lifted the light up to 14 inches since the tips were still burning on the top of the plant .

I don't understand how I would have to much light ? My area is just about a 20 inch x 20 inch my light output is 90 watts how could that be burning the tips of my plants ?

I do not think it is lights in my last soil grow I had leds within a few inches and no problem looks like fertilizer burn to me honestly. Just like what i did to my cucumbers lol i know not same plant but the leaves turned that nice yellow color before they died lol i misread the directions.

agree,, your having Nute Burn,, your still having vapor pressure
did you get your humidity measured?

Your cooking your plant with the nutrients you keep adding and flushing. I wouldnt add anything else until you get your room conditions dialed in. You need a hygrometer/thermometer to be able to truly know what environment you are making for your plant. You also should know the ecm/ppm of your soil to gauge what to add and when not to add. I have to note that that @Tim Fox has been trying to lead you in the right direction this whole time though. Cupping is a result from environmental issues (mostly) and it is usually due to RH being outside of the plants comfort zone. Get a simple $8 hygrometer/thermometer that will let you know both RH and temps. Then you know what to do from this point on to correct any problem you encounter with environment. Best of luck!
