Yeah bho,I used 9 time Distilled butane. The smell is out of this world never knew how good shatter smelled. Thank you a bunch.

It had a very nice orange flavor I’m surprised how orange it tastes! Vaporizing truly lets you experience the terps as they were intended to taste. And it gave me a very clean high, uplifting and energetic, I love this stuff!

It’s a critical orange punch strain as to why the orange flavor, I had some strawberry banana and holy crap it tastes like a strawberry banana smoothie.

Looks good for shatter, just that what are the good points about shatter? It's called shatter for a reason, it shatters when you break a piece off, into a million tiny splinters. Let's just say it's not particularly user friendly as far as breaking down into smaller amounts. What you really want is "rock resin". It's solid but not brittle, sort of chocolate or hard fudge consistency. You can see some crystallization on the surface of the rock, white THCA crystals. There's no purging equipment required, or hazardous gasses, just pharmaceutical grade 99% isopropyl alcohol.
You just do a drip extraction of a column of material after freezing the column and the alcohol overnight. You could actually use a BHO column if you had a freezer high enough to stand it up in. Just don't oven dry the material before packing, it has to be normal moisture so it doesn't break up when pushed down in hard with a plunger of some sort, like loading a cannon. The dripping is also done inside a freezer, so it's all subzero, no dewaxing required. The extract is washed with warm water, to remove residual alcohol and anything else water soluble, and dried by working it around in a hot glass bowl with a metal spoon until it gets as thick and white as possible.
If you just scoop it up and make a ball at that point, it will be a putty consistency. It's like a soft hash but much lighter color and white on the inside when you pinch some off. You could call it "white hash" at that point. But if you want it to be a solid rock you have to take the ball of putty and put it in the microwave on high on parchment until it melts and just starts slightly bubbling. The key is to then keep stirring it around briskly until it cools and hardens so much that you can't stir it anymore, making sure to get all the way to all the edges of the disk. If you miss some at the edges, that part may never solidify. The stirring causes it to set up. The end result will be a solid disk with swirls all over the top and the bottom smooth. It will look like you swirled some chocolate while it was warm.
It sets up more over the next day or two. White crystals will form on parts of the smooth surface. You can show it to your friends and say see how pure this is? The THCA crystallized out it's so pure. You can snap a piece off without wearing safety glasses to avoid getting shards in your eyes, and crumble it up into a white powder by pressing between your fingers. It's really the most convenient form in my opinion. It doesn't stick to a plastic bag, like the putty could, crumbles well for sprinkling on weed or whatever and is just very easy to handle and break up. You would think it was a chunk of light colored hash until you smoked it and it completely melted and left no ash. It's roughly 3x the potency of premium dry sifted hash.

You know the "putty" I described earlier? Well actually I think it's the best product of all, even better than the "rock resin". Why? Quite simple, because breaking down the rock makes a lot of little chips. With the putty you can just work extra bits back into the ball. After I made a big rock I decided I wanted putty instead, so I scrunched the whole rock up with a spoon so it was white putty again. It's cool because it feels like soft black hash but it's white. Doesn't even stick to your fingers or foil, unless it gets too warm or something. A big lump of it will stick to plastic or foil if it sits a while, due to its own weight pressing it down, so you need parchment for that, but small amounts can be foil wrapped or whatever, though I wouldn't carry it in a warm pocket. It freaks people out who are new to concentrates, because who ever saw black hash that's white and is about 3x the potency?
