Finally Purple Kush seeds?

Very nice. I love how it's nice and sticky when I chop mine to roll. Even after a 6 month jar cure. I have 4,-10 oz nugs that have been in the jar for 6 months. Going to roll a fattie to smoke at half time during the Patriots game.

The first time i smoked PK, and btw i know for a fact it was REAL PK, that awesome kushy taste but with a powerful long lasting grape aftertaste that left me clicking the roof of my mouth... was amazing smelling too. We smoked it out of one of those suitcase bongs that u take apart and they look more like a waterslide with multiple chambers, it was a fuckin beast... A little bit on the couchlock side for me though.

A couple years ago i did grow a strain called "Early Purple Kush" by Reeferman seeds (Who's seeds i believe are now unavailable). It wasnt a bad strain, grew well outside, was pretty hardy but not a big yield, tasted nice but not quite like that PK from the waterbong...mmmmm

P.S... What would you guys say is the closest thing to PK as far as a feimnized seed goes? Purps? Darkstar?

I was getting ready to ask if anyone else had encountered purple Kush that actually had the KUSH taste in it and Darren is spot on. In socal anytime I've gotten purple kush (topshelf) it has zero kush in it and it VERY base tasting (albeit sometimes still "purple or grapey". Anyone able to shed some light on the purple kush phenos that exist? I understand it's clone only but I was told harborside for example, sells purple kush that is really Ultraviolet. I've had some and whatever it was definitely had no kush in it. That kush/grape candy flavor with a knockout punch man oh man what a delight that purple kush is. You can tell because because the purple usually has a light frosted appearance as opposed to the DARKER purple strains.

Anyone also able to shed info on other KUSH varieties (NON og) that exist in socal I'd be grateful. Masterkush is another i've never had that actually has kush taste in it (at least in socal). I've been told it exists here but nothing has panned out/didn't get a response after inquiring where when a few said they knew where to find it.

I've only ordered from Marijuana-seeds.nl and I have had great results with all of them. No complaints. I tried the BIG bud, and auto ak-47, and also growing purple kush right now. I have a couple phenos that are turning a very nice purple. Yield doesnt seem to great, but they smell and look so dank. I just ordered seeds from seedmadness and im very excited because i ordered with breeder packs.

So 3 years ago I bought an ounce of PK from a friend that worked at a dispencary here in So Cal. Upon smoking the bag, I found roughly a dozen seeds, so I decided t0o keep them.

After a few test runs with 2-3 plants each time, I knew that they didnt produce herms and it always came out VERY frosty (even compared to the good seeds Ive grown). Long story short, I stopped growing but recently started back up again. This time was in hydro. Without

So anyways, I ran this strain in my first attempt at hydro, and it has gone really well. So what Im meaning to say is, that YES PK seeds are out there, but most not online are probably of sketchy beginnings. Ive seen Mendo PK seeds online, but not the SR71 phenotype everybody loves.

It is up to the person growing to decide whether or not to trust the origins. Worst case scenerio, grow a coue out and see what happens.
