Finally!!! A law banning internet TROLLS!!!

this bill was originally drafted up as a response to cyber-bullying.

however, the language is so broad that it could encompass fuckall.

arizona, we know, has this problem.

sb 1070 not only tried to give federal jurisdiction to the state in violation of the constitution, it also kept people from standing on the sidewalk. both provisions were struck down as unconstitutional, thank Dog.

their latest legislation which has been signed into law prohibits the teaching of ethnic studies. ya know, learning about the history of our nation may make on resentful to whitey, and Dog knows we can't have that.

the leadership in arizona is among the most corrupt and retarded in the nation. this bill is sitting on jan brewer's desk, arguably among the most corrupt and retarded politicians ever.

this is what happens when you hand over power to the republicans, people.

I have no clue but it sure seems like a start. Judging from what I've seen on this site in the last few days I doubt most of it would even count under this law but if you wanna put a law in place that will stop internet harrassment then I'm all for it.

Arizona is like most gorgeous women. Beautiful beyond words, but so fucked in the head.

Let us imagine for a moment that the bill becomes law.

Let us further imagine that there are no Constitutional challenges in the Courts.

And let us even further imagine that the state of Arizona has jurisdiction over everyone on the internet.

One can be accused of being a troll at the drop of a hat.

Say something someone else disagrees with? You are a troll.

Another member does not particularly care for you, or your posting style? You are a troll.

See where this is going?

The reality is that even if the bill becomes law, the section which is the source of this thread will not pass Constitutional muster and will be struck down.

And if Arizona would attempt to silence me because it does not appreciate my acerbic wit, the entire state can suck my dick and lick my asshole.
