Fan Leaves, keep em?

Is there any thc, or cnb or anything in fan leaves, big fan leaves.

Is there any point to keep them? can you use them for oil? or they useless?

Not unless you are desperate. I throw anything that does no sparkle with resin. I just smoke the sugar leaves btw, do not bother with hash.

alright cause i read fan leaves do have 3% thc or something real low like that. so in theory wouldnt you be able to make iso hash or isomerization oil or somthing

Thats what i was thinkin. Do you make butane oil?? i wana try other solvents this time. Petroleum ether lol

Have you guys ever tried before? Fan leaves do have THC and if you have enough you can make oil. I made some thc infused olive oil out of my fan leaves on my last grow. I used all the fan leaves (left at the end of flower) from eight plants and the oil is quite potent. But if you have excess trim leaves and popcorn buds, those are certainly more potent.

sure .. if you have a hugh out door grow and a barrel of ether (I once knew a guy in a house in the woods)

then you could probably get some nice oil out of em .. (may I suggest you do this outdoors)

but if you have a few indoor plants and do use sugar leaves and popcorn buds to make a littel oil ..
I wouldn't bother with the fan leaves .. (grow organic and use them in a te insted)

useing 2-3 bottles of gas to make 1/4 of a gram etc. and all the work aso involved .. is just not wort the effort .. unless your desperate of course and have plenty of gas ..




and forget about makeing hash or KIF out of it .. would take forever and I doubt you will find/get much ..
unless you maybe use dry ice .. but agin .. I dont see it wort the effort .. 3% sounds about right .. not wort my time/money

into the compost with them

Most of them are worthless. But the ones close to the buds do get some frost. Not worth saving them for anything unless you are already going to make oil/butter out of the surgar leaves. But most is trash on it's own. Unless your like me and has a mooch of a cuz and always wants a shitload of free surgar to roll. Don't get me wrong I have no problem giving it out but he will get a half zip every 2 days and smoke with his friends and 2 days later want more. So I've been cutting it 50/50. Fucked up I know but so is being a mooch. I need my surgar to make my meds. I use edibles hardly smoke.

i might just make a tea or salad out of them. =)

if you grew them organically,you can actually put them through a juicer and drink that,its very good for you.it wont get you high tho.

tis organik. but its been sitting in a plastic gabage bag for a couple days so i might jus throw them on the compost.

2 sticks of butter, half a pound of fan leaves, 0.5-1 gallon of water, all day, and you will have some potent butter. Trust me.

i thinks its guna be rotten by now its been in a plastic bag for 2 days since harvest. but i put some dry paper crumpled up in ther to absorb moisture and create air pockets
