Exhaust Rate?

What kind of air turnover rate should I aim for in my grow? I will be growing DWC in a 12x15 space, with veg taking up 5x12 and flower with 4 SCROGs in a 10x12 space. There will be a divider running between them and fresh air will enter in the veg, then be vented into the flower room.

Basically I have a room that is divided, but 960 cu ft overall and I want to purchase an appropriately sized exhaust fan and carbon filter.

Air exchange every 3 minutes is typical so round off to 1000 cubic ft divide by 3 would be 333 cfm always go a little bigger esp w going vetween 2 rooms I would suggeat 400-500 cfm or if 2 fans do 250cfm a peice. For a filter you want to do every 3.mi utes as well I always do more for air cleanliness. I have a 8x39 phresh inch filter with I think 700 cfm filter rated at 850, I have a 6x24 phresh filter with a 400 on it and filter is 450 cfmmi think both filter are in my 87psqft room so I have way over kill but absolutely no smells

Preheating the intake by rumning it through veg before flower is not wise.

Eah area should have it's own intake, exhaust and environmental controller.
