it's not, it's magnetic C.A.P Custom Automated Products. But the bulb is a hortilux brand new in the package which runs $100 and ballast runs $175 by itself which was used maybe 2 months until it became to hot this summer
so really good deal, the reflector is crap that came with another package

side note, the clones don't come with it and I surly don't need to steal.
The stuff is just laying around and I prefer to liquidate unused equipment.
There is currently 5000 watts going in my flower room
