No. I don't think that's a pH issue. It looks like over-fert to me. Please tell me you haven't been feeding them yet! The soil should have everything they need for the first month or so if it's half decent.
In your photos I noticed that there are wood chips on top of the soil. Wood chip tend to lower the pH of the soil as it decays. Peat moss is another natural additive which will lower the pH of the medium. If you are 100% certain that you are in alkaline soil (as I said...I'm not sure that you are) then you can add that in to the mix when you pot-on.
Edit: Also...I've never used fulmic/humic acid, mycho-whatevers, bloom formula, bud booster or any other chemical additives. You don't need them to get great huge potent buds. Best way is always the simplest way.
I use potting soil mixed with Kelp meal, worm poo, bonemeal, fish and blood extract and occasionally a dash of potash....and get pretty good results
