I do have one, but I try to charge it at work when possible, as EV charger there is cheaper than charging at home. I do charge at home as well as needed. My power company requires proof that you have an EV in order to get the rates.

Its not probably cause. This person that you know had more evidence against him than just a power bill..

If you put tents you can hide the 12/12 pattern with each tent starting randomly allsoo you would save on peak power.as for the power plant letting you have that much power a bitcoin farm is a good idea.you can build the room almost compleatly with no light and inspection would think its getting prepared for the computers.
