Early flower burn (Update)

I have 3 plants survived out of 8 plants, and get severely burned when they was 17 days old now they are 35 days old,
VEG stage, 20/4 light cycle, growing with organic mix with nutes and 50% perlite , and i have added a B complex and vitamins,

Please let me know if i can do anything to make things even better.

That medium , what is it? its fucking crap and the plant hates it and the rubbish your feeding it. Its like a perfect storm of crap.
Ok now start using hydro veg nutes every watering and they will improve a lot. In future use a good quality coco mix eg Canna Terra Pro.

i started feeding i know i should get a higher nitrogen doses but that is what I have for them moment

All Purpose Plant Food

NPK:14:10:27 plus trace elements

how could anyone possibly help you, you havent said what nutes you're using, how much you're diluting them, and how frequently you use them.

you havent said what nutes you're using ====>>> I use no nutes as its organic mix with some nutes in it, but today i used all what i have is the all purpose plant food with NPK 14:10:24
how much you're diluting them, ======>>> again i started today with full dose recommended i watered with 400 ML phed water before the dose which was 300 ML
and how frequently you use them ======>>> im planning to do this till the tips burn then i will slow down
