Thanks for the compliment pilgrim. Yeah, I still burn the odd one here and there but I usually lift my lights up in the morning and spray and then lower them after they've soaked it all up. Nice way for them to wake up I think. Oh, and I only spray plain water for veg. None during flower.

Well, it's a good morning in the garden today, especially for Jackie A. Her offspring is doing well so I took her out of the incubator and put her in a nice new bed. I'm still gonna keep the tent on for a bit still until she perks right up. So if Jackie shows herself to me like I want HER to, then her offspring will be my Queen. Jackie must know too because she's just doing somersaults all over the Top. Princess B is also doing really well. All her white hairs are yellowing and curling in nicely and I'm not seeing much sign of any new ones, here on day 50. Now her daughter, that little slut, just won't stop showing herself all over place. I think she's trying to steal the show. J.B and J.C are training real well over at the Sideshow but J.C's a little slower than her sister. Hopefully she'll catch on soon. This shows getting HOT!

Hey everybody. I've got a lot to update here. It's been an eventful week to say the least and it's been hard enough finding a good time to do it. Well I better get to it but first I'm gonna pop up some teaser shots and then I need to pick out a few more and put together a proper update. So here's the preview.

Princess B is a King and Queen.







Jackie B is a Jack, so that's changes the the whole ball game.


And 1st place for the November photo competition on marijuana-seeds.nl for a prize of $150 worth of premium feminized seeds, plus the regular 5 free seeds. I think the seeds are going to be 10 White Widow Max, but not 100% sure. So I'll fill you in on that story later. Sorry to leave ya's hanging but I only get short breaks and waiting for the right time always puts things behind. Also I have to download some pics and choose the best ones to post. I might even have a video too, still working on it.

Yup, she hermied on me. First I was a bit panicked being my first time and the hermiephobe I am. Well I settled down and she's still in the Top finishing up but she's stretching the encore a bit longer than I thought. Must be the sativa in her but there's still a lot of clear trichs. The only other flowering female in the top right now is her daughter P.C., so there's no concern there.

Princess B day 63 12/12. As you can see I've been sampling. I basically using her to learn from and understand. From her mother, to the first sample I took from her, to the most recent samples, I definitely experience improvement each time but I'm still dealing with a short lived one where I'm heading back again and again. I've got a new 60x scope on the way but my microscope and even close ups of the full size images show clear trichs so I wait. I'm hoping that will be the key to the long high cause I'm not thrilled the way it is now. She has a lot of purple in her but I think it's more from temps getting down to 18's at night, but she is developing a fruity smell to her, so who knows. Is real purple in the calyxes as well, cause this is all in the leaf? Anyway, I'm expecting seeds, otherwise her offspring C will be the last in her line.




Princess C. As you can see she still has that odd revegged look to her at 25 days of 12/12. Her mother lost that a lot sooner and grew beautiful leaves but C is still having a hard time developing a 5 finger leaf. She's all 1's and 3's.

Forgot about that one. So I get up that morning to put in an order for the Extrema girls only to find out that Sannies not taking PayPal anymore and credit card transactions are down for the time being. Bummer! Oh well, I need to get some Indica action going on under the top so I thought why not make it a multinational affair and throw in some Canadian talent, so I called up an agent on the West Coast, Dr Atomic, and booked Blueberry Jam. Well I went to my email to confirm the booking and I see another email from 10 minutes earlier, from marijuana-seeds.nl, telling me that I had won 1st prize in the monthly photo competition for November with the photo that I posted there. Anyway, the prize is $150 worth of premium feminized seeds as well as the 5 freebies they send with every order. I'm not sure what I'm getting but I think it's WW Max plus 5 pure Afghan. We'll see when they get here. Still waiting. I also get added to the Grand Prize competition for $700 worth of talent.

Well all of a sudden, things are getting real exciting around here. Seems like the place to be. Up next, Jack and the Jackies.

Hey jambo, thanks for popping by. Thank you for that but I've since harvested her and for the most part I'm happy with how she turned out, not thrilled, but the high is nice but short lived. I think I need to keep up my nitrogen a little longer and keep those leaves greener, longer. She was Part 2 of the Bag Seed Trial Run so I wasn't getting too excited about it anyway. A definite improvement over part 1.

I do have a lot of updating to do here though. It's been busy around here and I have some new upgrades to report and some new gear started, as well as my update on the Jackhammers in the Top, all Jack Hammers, but it's all good though cause now the real fun is gonna start.

Hey jambo, what's going on with that Extrema? Did you get your hands on it yet?

Gooday, RIUers. Found some quiet time and thought I’d get to work on updating again. There’s been a lot so I’m just gonna tell ya what’s going on and fill in the blanks later.
So under the Top has not been so great, per say, in the female dept. Looks like Princess C is really hoaring it up in there with 3 Jacks, two tall Sativa types and one short and stalky Indica pheno. So yup, I’ve got three males but not to worry though cause I have a plan. Oh yes I do!
C is my last of my Bag Seed Project and so far this strain has been OK and would be much better if the meds didn’t wear off so quickly. Not enough nitrogen into flower is probably one reason I think, and maybe harvesting too soon again. My new 60x scope didn’t come until after Christmas. Anyway I’m gonna let these boys take advantage of her and see what happens. Again, it wouldn’t be the first time I’ve smoked seed filled weed, and lots of it has been great. The main thing is that I’d like to collect some pollen from these strapping young men. At least from A and C so I have some Sat and Indica dom genes to play with. Also, with C in there flowering I might as well keep these guys going anyway cause not only do I get to experience this strain grow and maybe create a better strain out of this bagseed and learn from all of that, but I’m having a blast doing it still. My favorite is the smell these boys are giving off…MMMMMMMmmmmm, mmmm! Sannie gave me a tip to rub the stem of the plant to experience the smell in order to help choose which one to keep. I just love how I can have communication with the breeder like this. The guy is truly awesome. So, with all that said, I’ll be totally ready for when the real Jackie’s show up, which is the story about what’s going on over at the Sideshow and I’ll get right to that after this intermission.

OK, let's check out the Sideshow. My order of The Purp, from Jordan of the Islands arrived, and my prize for the photo contest came in as well, which was really cool, and so was the stealth. What I ended up getting from them was 10 White Widow Max fems and 5 pure Afghani. I have no Idea who the breeder(s) are though because it doesn't indicate anything on the marijuana-seeds.nl site. If anyone knows why this might be I'd like to know. I can't seem to find anyone who's dealt with them. Anyway, all of a sudden I went from two Jackhammer seedling and 2 seeds left, to some choices so right away I popped 2WW's and 2 TP's and they're up and standing for about a week now, joining the 2 Jackhammers that are doing really well and looking like identical twins. After giving it some thought, because I wanted to be a bit stingy with these WW's, I decided to get 2 more of each going. That should leave me with 4 WW's a pretty sure thing, and 4 TP's that can go either way as well as the 2 Jackhammer. The 2 Jackhammers I'm going to take my time with and veg them out for cuttings then sex and go from there. That's my baby project so I'm going to step back and baby it while I get some more certain production happening to make up for lost time.

As well as the seeds for the holidays, I also fitted the Top with a nice new ventilation system with a 4" Vortec fan and a OdorX filter. I was under the impression it was supposed to be a Phresh but this is what I got. I vaguely recall him telling me something about them being the same company, or offshoot of. Anyway, it's up and working great and I'm a happy boy. I have been noticing more humidity in the room now though but I'm not sure if it's from the tent or just normal ambient temps. I'm in a very old and very poorly insulated place and there's been lots of snow and such lately. I guess I should buck for the humidistat soon. In the meantime I'll run the electric heater to dry things up. You know how it is, you focus on the bigger fish and the little ones you need for bait get away. Anyone else notice increased humidity when using venting out of your room?

One of the new Jackhammers I have going. Four nodes and this little guy still won't let go.











So Jack A is spewing all over the place so I chopped him down yesterday a jarred some juice. Taking a big whiff of the jar was a real nice strong smell of lemon with some background spice. It was beautiful and I couldn't get my nose out of the jar. Funny thing I find is with names of strains and how we use those to choose what we want to grow. For instance I'm not a big fan of lemon other than fish and stuff but pies, drops, and stuff I'm not keen on so I found that I was staying away from strains like Lemon Haze and Skunk, but after yesterday I think I've snapped out of that.














Transplanted the new Jackies. I think they're going to do well.








OK, gotta take a couple more shot to show ya the Kindergarten class. Coming right up.

Top right corner are the last two Jacks, they'll be out in a week or two. Then down on her knees underneath them is Princess C, the hoar she is, not anything like her mother and grandmother. So I'm going to use her for the concubine she is and see what kind of seed she makes. Good things can come from bad. Then two the left is the Sideshow and trainees with the two Jackhammers getting topped tomorrow, then there's the two White widow fems and 2 The Purps. The six of them start there day over at the sideshow then come under the 600 to train during the day, then they finish of the day with a drink and a shower back over under the white light.
