Drop Down Menu Color Change

How to do that, specifically with the drop down menus. For instance, when at the Support Forum, the Forum Tools over to the right, whrn I click it I get a drop down that is unreadable. How to change those colors specifically.

I have same problem... It is all black and if I look at bottom of page as I move cursor I can read the links to get by. Funny on the main forum list page, the drop down box works fine if that helps
