This was my experience-called and talked to him he seemed in a bad mood, placed a 1000$ order taking some of his sugestions even though I didn't want those strains and tried to make short, pleasant, educated conversation. He never billed me or sent me the seeds....if I gave a fuck I would have called him but I didn't so I didn't........seen alot of good grows though with his gear...

I want to try him someday I just honestly can't believe that he somehow conveniently ended up with a cut of all the most designer strains on the market today...

Why is that hard to believe?

People like Doc that have been in the biz for so long can probably pick up the phone and get any clone only strain out there.

my first bean purchase was from the doc. i've ordered from him many, many times. i've gotten "every" order. i even won beans from him a couple times when his forum was up. as mentioned, he's a little pricey, but his gens are top notch!!!

I have noticed that already, I am growing 4 Endless Sky next to 3 of Doc's pure G13 (all same age) and I can see the G13 can take more nutes than the ES. Guess I will have to mix the ES food up seperate from the rest of my strains. Pain in my ass.

Phenos to look for?
Yield?
Flowering time?
Easy to clone?
Worth keepin a mom around?

Also, is that 36 hour dark period "before" flowering needed? I dont want to do that, I have never done that with any strain.

The 36 hr dark seems to be recomended for his sativa hybrids to get advertised indoor flower times.
I dont think the others need it...

Kinda a bitch to find much info on Doc's gear, guess I'll have to do it myself:)

Fuck that 36 hour darkness, I dont play that way.

My flower room is pure, never seen a hermie, and Im not changen a thing.

growing multiple strains usually causes problems when it comes to feed strength. my e.s. girls were all very uniform. that's what i like about docs gear, not a bunch of variation. short stocky/bushy girls. flower time can vary depending on the control you have on your environment. all cloning (to me) is cake, lol. def. worthy of a mother plant!!! i don't do the darkness period. they always seem to transition fine w/o it.

100% free, many forget that when they bitch about his prices, and you always get 11 instead of 10. or 3 instead of 2 in the case of his G13

if ur seeds don't germ, save em and send em back, the doc will replace them. I actually referred some old hippy friends to the doc. the lady only got 5 to germ (she is a so so gardener). she did not save the seeds and after I emailed the doc (on her behalf cause I felt guilty about referring them) and explained the situation, he replaced them for her. I don't know ANY other company that would do that! Cheers to the Doc! I've got a grow journal of his Iranian/G-13 going.

Ordered Chemo-Iranian, and Oh!zone. Every 10 pack came with 11. Every 10 pack had 100% germ. except the Oh!Zone.
Kinda bummed about the OZ because now he is sold out.
But in his defense it could have been error on my part.
I have called him a couple of times, I think that is just how he is. Seems busy and kinda grumpy.
But he took the time to converse which is more than I can say about other breeders
