i'm not a believer in getting pets stoned, although i understand that the ops dog got into his budder, lol, was just saying i don't think animals have a choice like people do.. to me, it kinda feels like lacing bowls with other drugs and not telling the people what's in it and let them think they are smoking just pot.. when i was like 19, these younger kids i hung out with used to do that shit all of the time and it would really piss me off, even though i did more than just smoking bud at the time, lol, i just didn't think it was very cool of them.. i would do just about any drug in my day, but i'd like it to be my choice at least, and well, that's the same way i feel about getting animals stoned.. they just don't have the choice that people do.. now, if my dog wanted to grow his own bud and roll his own j's, i'd be down with smoking out with him, why not, lol.. but until that day happens, i like to keep my bud away from any pets..
and to the op, i know how you're feeling about your dog, we sure can get attached to the fucking flea bags can't we?? we just had to put our 14 year old dog down about a month ago, and it was one of the hardest things i've ever had to do, but it was too much knowing that he was in pain and was suffering that i didn't think we had much of an option but to do the humane thing..
Yea and no. The first time, I'll agree with you, but if you give your doggie a 'special' doggie snack, and each time after that when you offer it to him he gets excited, then its cool. I knew a cat that would get excited every time it saw us getting high because he knew his owner was going to blow smoke in his ear. Its like people, some like getting high, some really don't. So to answer to the point, they may not have a choice a first time, but thats because we lack the ability to explain it to them, but every time after that, it is their choice.
