Yes. 4-5 drops of liquid kelp in a glass RO water for 16-18 hours, then I put them in rapid rooters and they usually germ 24-hours later.

Yes. 8-24 hours. Prefer a shorter soak time. Couple ounces of room temp water and a couple drops of hydrogen peroxide are what I use to soak them in.

18-24 hour soak in 3% hydrogen peroxide/ ro water solution. Then they go into rapid rioters for a week or so then 16 oz solo cups with coco for a couple of weeks. Then I go straight to their 2-3 gallon fabric pots, wait a week or so then I flip for flower.

I honestly just like the presoak because I tended to have over-watering issues trying to germ old beans, when I tried with 100% ff Ocean forest. Not sure it would still be an issue for me anymore though though.

Seeds were a weird transition from home depot vegetables, and what i do just works for me.

Although I'm about to make a new box and try a scrog.

Used to soak for 4 hours and then into solo cups with seed starting mix under a dome with a heat mat. Three days standard four days max to sprout on average.
Now I skip the soak. Right to moistened seed starting mix with half ffof on bottom in solo. On a heat mat and under a dome, three days average to sprout.
