Do Double ended hps really worth it?

1.25 lbs from a 1000w isn't bad, but it isn't great. I used to do 1.5 in my first few grows.

So... 3 lbs per 1000w is pretty doable by a good grower with DE.
I've seen 2.5 lbs come from a single 1000w de a few times.

Hi, when i grow in my personnal grow tents 4x4 1x1000w hps i get 1pounds and 10oz but i have otherddplacees where i got much more lights and its really hard to pull out the same result, dunno why, i think maybe its because you cant really give much love to many 1000w compared to a single one. I use same nutes, same strain from same mom but i always have alot more in my personnal 4x4 growtent.

I just hope ill be able to push it to 2lbs per light with de.
