DIY COB - Where to put drivers?

Hi guys, this is my first thread on the forum so thank you for help in advance.

Last few runs with my DIY COBs i had my drivers on the floor in the corner of the room. Now that I moved I divided my panels into few smaller ones.

What is in your experience best place for drivers and why? Did you put your drivers on the panel or somewhere on the side?

depends, you can mount them remotely on a board: that looks nice.

but sometimes its nice to have the heat from the drives in your area.

depends on what you need.

id say off the ground though.

Thank you for the answer. What do you use in your setup and why?

They are currently on the small shelf that is mounted on the wall and I am thinking about leaving them there or mounting them onto the panels. The room i grow in is pretty small so heat in the summer might be a problem. Did you try running them both ways and what were the differences? I can pretty much guess what the differences are but i wanted to ask someone that already had experience.
