Custom Quantum Board LED Power Problem

Hi
I have custom made quantum board led light like horticulture saber style 5x panel and 3x hlg driver. When I plug it only 2 panels are working and if i increase the dim it's suddenly turning off(working 2 panels other 3 panels never turning on) What could be problem.

Thank you. I have one last question due to lock down situation I'cant see electrician for repair. I need to carry on 10 days with this light( like i said 2 panels are working I can increase max %30 %40 dim) I have 4 autos in 5 gal pots and I use biobizz light mix. Distance between lamp is 70cm It's around 10th day. And I didn't use any nutrition yet. Do they need more light? Thanks again.

PD BOB are you an electrian?....what its your POV about her electrical panel?...im too curious about your POV...

no usais diferenciales?....ni en cuadros secundarios?....por eso yo lo veo un cuadro "peligroso"....desde mi POV...

Thank you for reply sir I always trust old electricians. The thing is when I first bought the light it was working fine after few hours of running I've lost my other led panels. Do you think my flats electrical panel cause that? It seems too old for me. Also my light's are connected to 3d electric panel which is 10 amper. Do you think all of these because of my electrical panel?

This can be either driver or board, it's probably not on the ac side (even though you might wanna had it looked at anyways, as per Salmon).

So trouble shooting...

Try changing over the driver on the working side to one of the boards that won't give light. If still no joy, most likely no continuity of the circuitry; get your electrician friend to come back and fix dodgy connections (also bear in mind that it could be a broken board).

If you switch drivers and it lights up you got a faulty driver.
