.. or maybe not.. after the raid, it was found the only thing the couple were guilty of was having a hydroponic veggie garden..
there was a thread on here the other day about buying from local hydro stores instead of online, and i had said in that thread about how cops used the tactic of sitting up shop in hydro stores parking lots, and running tags and taking down people's name that they saw going in and out of said stores, and how this was a some what common tactic that had made the local news papers a few years ago around this area.. after reading the article, this is what is said to have gotten this family on to the police's radar to begin with..
after running their tags and getting their names from seeing them purchase equipment from a hydro store, the police later did a trash pick up on this family 3x's, the fist finding nothing, and the second and third time, they were said to have found plant material that later tested to be cannabis, but some how they did not have any photo evidence of either the plant material, nor the results..
