Cool Tube Question

is this all that I would need, apart from cords/socket/bulb/my diy materials?

Bringing my grand total to ~$100 for a 400w HPS w/ cool tube?

Yeah you should be good, you probably already know this but that ballast will be very hot and somewhat noisy. If stealth isnt a big deal then thats a great deal.
