Currently I'm a student in Boulder attending the University of Colorado. My permanent address is in Maryland, but I am in Colorado 9 months out of the year. I have documented back pain as well as issues sleeping, so I believe that finding a doctor to write me a medical referral would not be too difficult. However, here are my questions:
1. Do I need to be a resident of Colorado to receive my medical referral and card?
2. If I do need to be a resident, what do I need to prove residency? Will my electric bill work or do I need a Colorado Driver's License?
3. How do I get a Colorado Driver's License, do I have to declare myself independent from my parents?
I know those are somewhat in-depth questions so help is greatly appreciated, +rep. Thanks guys.
