Can i save money and just go to target or walmart and buy a coffee percolator and still make butter in 20 to 30 minutes?

Also if I have 1/4 OZ of bud how much butter should I use? 1 Stick, I want really potent butter!

You're going to have to try it and let us know. I don't think it would allow enough time for the bud and butter contact you need.
