i have 3 week old babies in coco. Everything has been good but lately One of them has been starting to get curling leaves. ( downward) my question is should I be watering with nutes every day or nutes one day then plain water next then nutes then plain water and so fourth?

Never plain water in coco, you always have to add nutrients. And you cannot let it dry out either. You need to be treating it like hydro not soil. Here's a good place to start learning about coco, after that I would search for a couple more reads on the topic.
Oops, here's the link it will teach you how coco and cations work. Check out the guys link below too. You're going to have to understand coco to use it.

I got downward curling (claw) with too much Nitrogen. Try cutting back on nute levels for that plant maybe? Also maybe try to flush with 25% run off (ie collect what comes out the bottom of the pot. Keep watering until 25% of the liquid you have added is in the saucer.) with less powerful nutes. This should reset the medium a bit.

I suspect this is the link macsnax was going to post: https://cocoforcannabis.com/

Always nutes. Look into Blumats for watering

Blumats are the way to go. Unless you like spending time watering your plants. I've been using them with 100% coco for a couple years and don't know how I got by without them. Gravity fed, set them and forget them. Fill your reservoir and walk away. I've said this before but with blumats automating my watering and a timer on my light. I sometimes go days without even looking at my plants. When I do they're growing just fine.

This^^

My elevated 27g reservoir that waters five 2g coco DTW pots can last quite a while. I open the tent at night if I feel like looking at how they are doing.

For my outdoors, I use a 55g on a float switch and Blusoak tape. My plants have been in their 30g pots for a month and I have not watered them one single time. I LOVE my Blumat systems!
