Last week I cut a clone from a branch that was starting to bud. I have the clone in a humidity dome under a T5 light. One other clone from a different plant that is NOT budding has already rooted and been removed from the dome.
I realize that it takes longer for a budding clone to take root (having read many pages here).
Because it takes longer for a budding clone to root, should I keep the humidity up in the humidity dome for longer than the customary 5-7 days? Do I risk moss/mold by keeping the humidity up? I stopped the humidity at 1 week. Should I resume? She is now approaching 2 weeks in the dome and no exposed roots yet.
