cloning a flowering female

Okay, so my friend sent me 10 Top44 seeds from the Netherlands and I managed to get 4 to germinate. From the four I had 2 males and 2 females. I got rid of the males and now have them blooming and they are coming along pretty well. I took pictures but cannot find my usb cable right now... unfortunately... I would like to keep this strain alive as it will be the only good genetics i can afford for awhile.

I am growing in a wardrobe with 2 separate grow areas. The floor space is approx. 22 inches by 32 inches. In the top area I have 2 Phillips 20W fluorescent plant and aquarium bulbs. The clones are up top. In the bottom area I have one 250W hps lightwith my two plants. The top chamber is a bit less than 2 feet and the bottom is 3 feet tall.

I have put my plants into bloom and now would like too clone them. Your URGENT help is needed to keep them alive, This is my first attempt at cloning and it is a flowering plant. I have made 6 clones using jiffy 7's and schultz take root and all of them have at least one flower on them. I would like to keep all my plants on a 12 hour light cycle but please tell me if this is not possible. I know my box is not 100% light proof so this is my main reason for wanting this. I would also like to know if I should keep the flowers on or cut them off.

I would also like to know about nutes. Should i feed them something different for cloning or keep them with the flowering nutes. So far I have just kept on the water. I have been using miracle grow so far and have used a 10-54-10 flowering nute once. Mainly to get something specifically for blooming and to get away from miracle grow.

To sum it up my questions are:
1. Should I keep with the 12/12 light cycle for flowering clones
2. Should I cut off the flowers or keep them on
3. What nutrients should I use
