Clones - best IPM practices?

New to the clone game. What steps do I need to take for the best chance of not bringing in bugs and diseases? I lean more towards organics but I’m not a purist.

I have my main grow area in the garage. I plan on keeping the clones inside my house temporarily while I sort this out.

thanks everyone!

Ok so first get a quarantine tent or your closet with a light Any brand then dip the whole clone in your ipm solution I use Lost coast plant therapy and Athena ipm not at the same time but different stages just so the bugs if there are any don’t get used to the same ipm so then leave it there for a week make sure no bugs are on it or pm keep a good eye on it and done

Awesome thanks guys. I have neem and spinosad, as well as both types of BT. I also have sesame oil and this cultured biologixs mercenary. I was also thinking of giving them some neem seed meal and some chitin when they start getting hungry.

im just paranoid from reading all that strainly thread.

A wash/dunk, i have been using Athena Cleanse but my understanding is you can just make your own diluted bleach-water mixture for way cheaper.

I dunk the whole clone, roots & all, into a Cleanse-water solution. Shake er dry, transplant & we're off to the races.

don't over do it...pick like three things from that list and go with that...i would pick neem oil, spinosad, and one of the BTs...
those are all organic, and pretty safe to people and animals...
i've actually never heard of using sesame oil for pest control, but i keep a bottle around for stir fry...
chitin is ok, but i think it actually causes some stress, which is the way it works if iirc, it promotes the plant to enhance it's own defenses...so that ones up to you

Diatomaceous earth, boric acid, Plant Therapy, potassium bicarbonate. Bt dunk for water for gnat larvae and the foliar for caterpillars. Yellow sticky traps or monitor cards. Organocide 3-in-1 and fungicide. Therm X-70 Yucca Extract is a wetting agent you may be able to mix it with anything. I rotate through these and sometimes with Yucca Extract. With organic products I don't think the time until harvest is as much of a factor to consider as having bug or microbe infestation or crop damage or loss. Some like Plant Therapy are pretty close until harvest that the label says it is ok to spray from what I remember, although I would try to avoid it by treating more earlier.
