China lights 2x4x5 tent

Sup guys a while back I asked how good these led lights that I have and the answers were plain honest they were shit but here I am with a 2x4x5 tent and these cheap lights my question is do i need both of them for 9 plants vegging and here's pics again yaetek and the other one is king plus 1200 watt20200325_072154.jpg

Would you use one now and both when I flower btw I'm not flowering in 1 g pots I'll be flowering in 3 gal pots and only 4 plants will be flowering the rest will go out

The King Plus sez around 235 watts
YaeTek Power Consumption: 250 ish watts I'd guess
Each fixture will cover 2ft x 2ft
Use 1 for veg and the two of them for flowering.
18" - 15" away for flowering.
You need 700 - 800 umols for flowering

Was tryna figure it out trying not to use to much power , appreciate your help brotha
