Chillers?!?!?!?!?

First time grower running a SB/SS1 aeroponics system and my water temps are creeping up. So, I'm a bit confused as to what I need for a chiller. I've seen wort chillers, homemades, Active Aqua, etc, etc.

Just looking for recommendations before I go make/buy something. Thanks.

I made mine from a dehumidifier i got for $20 for my recirculating DWC. Just needed to bend the evaporator coils for the bucket and attatch some ducting to vent the heat from the condenser coils outside. It can cool a 15l bucket of hot tap water to 30°F in 30-40 minutes so it's pretty efficient and alot better than $300 chillers or ice bottles. I use a $20 aquarium temperature regulator that i set to turn on when the water reaches 68°F and turn off when the water gets to 62°F. It only turns on 4-5 times a day. The temperature probe goes in with the roots.

I got the idea from this guy and managed to find the same brand of dehumidifier that uses aluminum evaporator coils instead of copper (bad for MJ)
I didn't like his little wooden box thing though so i carefully bent the coils so they could slide in and out of the bucket, they're easy to bend but
fragile.

No. You have a heat exchanger. You feed water in through the exchanger and the output is chilled.

A chiller with a titanium exchanger, such as is used for aquariums is preferred.
