Personally rely on charm/being able to get them talking,I use the same techniques I use in sales,as at the end of the day you are kind of selling yourself,get a womans attention for more than 30 seconds to a minute and you can get her phone number,as doesnt take a woman long to decide if she is interested,the other part is just be yourself and not to be a tool, calling women derogatory things such as biatches or hoes isn't the way forward

I don't really care about flowers or gifts. Anyone can spend money on a present but it doesn't change who they are. Spend your time, instead.
Be warm and friendly. Don't try to impress. Talk to her about things you are interested in and in turn ask her what she's into. Smile. As aforementioned try not to be derogatory about women or cocky. Don't make assumptions about her. Have cuddles if she wants to, that don't necessarily lead to anything else. Just be polite, have good table manners...
Maybe ask her on a date that involves an activity you can do together so you can find out more about eachother besides interrogation over dinner?
However you do it, try not to make it seem like you are just approaching her because you are categorically available and so is she. If there's something about her, let her know.

Im well bad,I normally am so forward its untrue,get a woman or girl chatting,drop in a few sly compliments,then drop in this is incredibly forward but fancy swapping numbers,maybe going out and doing something,works a charm,they are taken back as not expecting it,but feel comfortable enough to do so (I have the gift of the gab so to speak)and normally by the evening/next day they have texted me

Forwardness as in walking right up to a girl and chatting to her, yes. Nothing bad about making her feel like she's known you for years if you speak to her like you do (respectfully). Forward as in saying I have a huge house and car and hot tub, YOU WANT ME, AMIRITE? Not so much. But I'm usually a 'why not' sort of person, so if a guy came up to me and started chatting I would chat right back. Just not if he he talks like his dick and wallet are the masters of the universe. But you're not like that x Actually didn't someone ask 'what would you do if someone walke up to you and asked to have sex?' a while back?
