Not sure if it is on the list or not . But Astral grow out of Toronto is legit. Sadly I missed their half priced Eye Hortilux 1000W bulb sale . But their prices are very reasonable on most things I have looked at.

True true, I jumped on that deal and bought 8 bulbs, the deal was over a day or two after I placed that order. Support Astral
