These girlies have been in veg stage for 2 and a half weeks, feeding on Formulex at 10ml per litre as directed on can for Hydroponics. PH is at 5.5. They have been sprayed for bugs and dont appear to be any bugs anywhere, in the room or on the plants, is this some sort of nute difficiency?????????????

There was something fucked up going on in your feed water during the stage of growth that is being affected. from the looks of it it is not happening any more, right?! A overall shot would help, they look a bit pale as well, but that could be the pic.

I had something that look like that when I splashed nutrient solution on the leaves when they were young. As they grew, that is how the "scarring" developed. I have also seen something similar when I fimmed a "sickly" plant.
Superthrive & light feeding solved it but the scarring stayed in both cases. The newer growth does not appear to be affected.
Other than that, my thoughts are your plants should be on "adult" food. What you are feeding them is baby food. This may be why they are a little pale but ok. (apart from the scarring)
Get some "proper" nutrients, carefully watch the new growth and carry on doing what you are doing.
