(version) of this ...is you gotta hold this drug in your lungs for 8 seconds, according to a doc I saw last year, but on average my tops is 5 seconds on average, the extra 3 seconds can be used to exhale and then inhale, and oh! yeah .05 sec. to comment on the toke, if good just a nod will suffice
