Calyxes on the first 50 inches, balls sacks around the top 4

I just went outside and clipped all the clusters of balls off that I found. Damnit. If I keep clipping the balls every time they appear, is this going to effect anything at all?

well its going to stay male. i believe males and females have calyxes, females have pistils. are you trying to keep this male for pollination? or hoping for a miracle. if you keep choping this guys nuts off then he could die, but its less likely he'll pollenate your girls

if your using a sex flipping agent that will help better and it is stressing it. Im pullin buds of a plant that had budded and now revegging and it did very well, when i thought that trimming all that done bud might stunt her

You are just trying to get the most bud with no seeds cause you have a hermi?

The calyxes have pistils coming out of them, a lot of them with 2 coming out of them. and just at the new growth at the top are the balls showing up in clusters of 3 and 5. Ive never grown a hermi before and wasn't sure if chopping them off was going to degrade anything, or if I should just let it self pollinate and hope to get some bud as well as some good feminized seeds?

They Have a changing agent its called Dutchmaster Reverse. I tried it on a Hermie that I had and didn't have any luck with it. I may have let it go to far before I put the spray on it. I have been told that you can use it in veg and early flower to prevent a plant from turning Hermie. I am yet to try that. Good Luck.

i never heard of a chem that will change sex or even guarantee sex. i think to get fem seeds a hermie pollinates a female, i dont know it it would work if it pollinates its self. but i never kept/grew a hermie or male plant so i only know what ive heard

ahh Dutch master has a flipper (reverse)that is almost 100% nitrogen. It is super concentrate and is considdered a soil overdose. After two weeks and a flush and another two weeks and a flush your percentage of getting a female and more bud are a lot higher.

Flushes are critical tho, the overdose can easly kill them...start to wilt looking dround then die

Sketch but very possible bro

def. wont garentee anything but the use of a super high nitrogen and algae overdose can increase your percentage of getting a female or less male than female.

Even on a definite hermie? Hmm.. Im predicting if I used it, it might decrease in pollen sacks.. but I dont think flushing it would be too easy. It's in the ground... hmm.. Well, I have a very beautiful female across the way from this hermie.. I think it best if I clip off all ball sacks before they open and spread around everywhere..

id keep clipping the sacks, more than once a day, to protect that girl. that or just pull the bastard before he gets a chance to fuck wit your girl

damnit, I really dont want to pull that bitch, I want to keep it for at least another month to see if there is any decent bud production. I dont think pollen sacks multiply when snipped but, im probably going to see more tomorrow, its been a steady rain today. :/ thanks for the advice guys, ive never dealt with a hermie before

Why not try topping that top 4 inches?

Don't think it will help in the long run, but if it is the only place with balls - who knows.

I was thinking of that, but I don't know.. will this push male growth hormones into the other growth tips? does anybody have information on this?

i just had 7 beautiful plants with female pistals that had balls at oppopsite nodes than where the pistals were located..just happened this week.. i fretted and fretted..than i finaly jsut chopped all 7 down 1 week in2 bud..couldnt risk pollenating 10 other confimed females ya know..all depends on ur situation. but if there is any chance that itll nut all over ur female accross the way id pull. if u think u have time..roll with ur instincts

yeah, I try to go with my instinct because only I really know this plant. but my question about topping the male piece on the top, anyone have an answer as to if it will make the pollen sacks appear and multiply else where?

You could just cut it down... then harvest the pollen and save it for later. Ive never harvested pollen but I believe you just put it in a air tight container and freeze it to preserve it. dont quote me on that. Im sure someone who has can jump in on this.

topping the only afflected part with male clusters idthink is just a temp fix.
yeah, thats what Id think to. All it will do in the long wrong is just stunt the bud growth, and the pollen stacks will regenerate or pop up else where :/ I think I might pull it and make butter.. I can't decide :-?
