The C2- Counter Culture Expo Kicks off June 12th and runs all weekend. We have an exciting layout this year joining two legendary venues. We will have all the entertainment and live performances at Harpo’s Concert Theater during the three (3) day exhibition along with an array of vendors. The C2 Expo will be hosting some Premier Contests as Cosplay, Facial Hair Freestyle & MMM. Remember C2 Salutes You: all Active Service Men/Women and Veterans get ½ OFF entry fees!
Harpo’s Schedule:

FREE TO THE PUBLIC atCOBO Center June 14th - COBO Center will be the Venue of choice for our speakers! We have a Great Line up for Sunday. C2 will also provide a FREE complementary shuttle to and from Harpo’s Concert Theater and COBO Center, as many trips as you want! From 2pm – 10pm.

First shuttle Pick up will startat 2pm from COBO Center Detroit.

COBO - Doors Open atHIGH NOON (12pm) withHigh Five Awards @ 8pm. Doors close at 9:00pm(12pm-9pm)

Vendors and speakers will be selling awesome products throughout the day.

6pm “Activision: How to Change the World.” Political activist since 1960 in the areas of cannabis law reform, the environment, peace, human rights, the Bill of Rights, author of five books, world traveler, longtime professor of political science, first speaker at the Ann Arbor Hash Bash and more than 500 other freedom events around the globe! - Speaking By:Marvin 'Marvin' Surowitz

John Sinclair – Featuring Legendary writer and Detroit Revolutionary, John Sinclair. John is an American poet, writer, and political activist from Flint, Michigan. Sinclair took on the role of manager for the Detroit rock band MC5.Sinclair was sentenced to ten years in prison in 1969 after giving two joints to an undercover narcotics officer. The severity of his sentence sparked some high-profile protests. The sentence was criticized by many as unduly harsh, and it galvanized a noisy protest movement led by prominent figures of the 1960s counterculture.
8pm HIGH FIVE AWARDS! The Awards Start at 8pm – Facial Hair Freestyle Awards will kick it off, next Cosplay, Best Booth then Crowd King and finish the night out with the MMM Awards.

VENDOR INFORMATION

*Vendors will receive secure Parking in the designated Vendor and Handicap parking directly behind HARPOS building- it runs the length of the venue. Load in will be in the Back North East corner of the Venue, at the listed times below.
Vendors- Please check in and pick up your Vendor Envelope (parking and vendor passes will be in there) at the Box Office before unloading.
The Box Office is located through the front doors at Harpo’s 14238 Harper Ave, Detroit, MI 48213

Shuttles will begin at 2pmpicking up at COBO Center and running to HARPOS. The shuttle is scheduled to rununtil 10pm Sunday night and is FREE to the Vendors and Public.

*COBO will consist of vendors and speakers Sunday June 14th As both venues will be open at the same time, Please if you are vending at both locations have enough man power to cover both booths. Again, C2 will be providing FREE complimentary Shuttle service to and from both venues for the vendors and public.

So, I made it to event on Saturday and had a great time. Met up with some old friends and finally met a few forum members. Let me say meeting Nurse Nancy was a long a waited pleasure! A few members had mentioned you wear it well, from what I saw the only thing missing were the pumps (maybe next time LOL).
Great selection at seedpac! Sorry I missed Demon. Hope today goes well, might have to come back for more
