Burnt tips and yellow leaves, which def is this?

I've been vegging them for a month and a half now, and I'm going to flower them next week but I want to make sure it healthy before I do that. I was seeing if these little burnt tips are a problem and if I should cut off all the yellow leaves

Still in veg? Looks like your bottom leaves are where the deficiency starts. 90% sure youre lookin at a nitrogen deficiency. What kind of soil? What kind of nutes? PH?
