Got 5 gallons of english brown ale fermenting right now.
I love Northern Brewer, gets to me in four days. and cheap shipping.
Got an Oktoberfest, and an American Wheat fermenting. Drinking a fresh brewed Bavarian hefeweizen right now. I think the hefe is the favorite of the year.
Ya. Actually it's a partial mash. But its a damn good recipe. My fuck it will get you sum drunk! 7% I believe it finishes. It's been a while since I made...Same man. You do the mashing yourself?
It's good stuff. I Like that nice warm fuzzy glow it leaves in the stomach. I can put some beer away(or so my girlfriend likes to remind me.) But my fuck! I can barley get through a six pack of Belgium.I love Belgium. Ha it's so funny you say that. Cuz now I happen to be drinking a Leffe Blonde - Belgian ale. Not my recipeI cheated and went to the packie for this one.
