Bottom leaves yellowing and stunted growth

So my plants growth has pretty much come to a halt today. The bottom leaves have been yellowing and all the plants look rather droopy. I've been using the hempy bucket method w/ 1 part ff soil and 4 parts perilite. They get watered every other day alternating between distilled water w/ 2 drops superthrive, and distilled water w/ ff bloom and 2 drops superthrive. I have 8 26 watt cfl's, 5 of which are the red spectrum lights and 3 of which are the cool whites. I'm thinking that the plants might have been overwatered but maybe it's nutrient burn? Any Ideas? Suggestions?

Thanks

thats the problem you shouldnt be feeding them yet, I think ff has some nutes in it, give them a good flush and wait about 2 weeks before you start feeding them

Are you sayin that the ff soil already has nutes in it? I didn't even think about that. I guess that makes sense. The nutes from the soil should last about 30 days and then you kick in the nutes with waterings.

yeah i would say wait i didn't start the nutes until like 3 1/2 weeks in and usually i wait till the seed leaves drop i didn't look closly to see if yours are still on the stem or not, but anyway they need just plain water for now
