Only someone out touch or out of state would not know that California MMJ dispensaries are dropping like flies.
Two of the ones I personally deal with are being forced to close their doors as we speak and one other knows it's only time.
The feds have been using a new strategy that's working quite well. They threaten to confiscate the real property from owners for knowingly allowing their tenants to break federal laws, this forces the property owner to vacate the tenants lease or risk loosing their property!

These fuckwads are doing all this by written orders, it's not costing them jack shit, they're forcing the property owners to do all their dirty work.

Politics aside, that's a solid fact my friend

i wasn't getting a laugh at the dispensaries closing, i was laughing at more dishonest tactics from mindless righties. it's my troll food, feed me moar plz.

"The law is the law," said UC Hastings College of the Law Professor Marsha Cohen. "Other than perhaps delaying, they are pretty much up the creek, if the government wishes to shut them down."
Even if Harborside fought the evictions, Cohen said the government could seize the properties, evict the dispensary and then return it to their owners.

oman, I didn't realize I did that, honest. I googled dispensary closings in California because I was wondering, saw that link and was stunned. I read it so I knew who was doing the closing, I just thought it share worthy. Your response is less dickish now, apologies.

One of the dispensary owners is a very close friend of mine, his aunt owns the property he is leasing and is being threatened by the feds, I've personally seen the letters from three different owners, one of which closed about three months ago.

BTW, even a couple of the dispensary owners have gotten some laughs at your expense, sometimes I'm at the stores when I'm on RIU, no shit, when i come in with my notebook, they ask me whats going on with the nitrogen dude! LOL

Let me see..???? Would I have a better chance of putting pressure on Obama/Biden his second term to legalize MJ or should I put my trust in Romney/Ryan... For some reason I feel I would have a better chance under Obama
