BEST WAY TO USE THIS CARBON FLITER...help

Hi, I am about to flower my plants under 1000watters, and I want to make sure my nieghbours dont smell them.

I have 10 plants and I am trying not to vent the smell outside. I have them plants in a tent 7x5 ft in a room.

I want to use a carbon fliter and ona gel to take out the smell. I was looking to buy this

My question what would be the best way to use this. I was thinking of putting it in the tent, and using the gel outside the tent(somewhat double proof)

Don't get that.. You would be better off with something like this. You could get a Y fitting , flex duct with a damper and vent, filter & recirculate at the same time.

So you mean that you have your tent sealed and cooled with air-con and supplemented with CO2 of course, if you're not planning on venting outside with 1000 watters. right? If the answer is "I don't know" you need to think some things out first.

If yes, and you are venting from your tent to the room then I'd put the scrubber outside the tent.

hey thanks, for the links. whats the difference between the one on ebay and yours? can i just put that outside or inside the tent instead of venting it outside?

sorry i havent used one before, i dont have to connect it outside do I , or is it just plug and go?

hi , yes i am venting to the room. about the air con , it is pretty cold here in the room outside the tent it is around 60F. when i put the tent up and light it adds another 15 F. so overall 75F inside the tent, thats ideal temp for flowering right now. therefore i dont have ac on.


so scrubber outside the tent is best ?
