Best seed banks - list them with ratings

I last ordered through bcseedking awhile back and recieved 16 seed when i was supposed to recieve 20. heres my rating:

strain: white widow
price: $55 free shipping
shipping: 9/10 (took 3 business days and was very unique when it came to packaging)
ratio: 3/10 (5 females, 11 males....WHAT THE HELL,RIGHT?!)
yield: 4/10 (3/4 ounce per plant, dried)
height: 5 1/3 feet
quanity: grow 5 at a time and pots kept 6 inches apart
menthod: organic soil
size pot: 4-6 gallon
quanity for each pot: 1 plant of course lol
reason for prescription: Seizure disorder


heres the setup:
1 single HPS 400watt
4-6 gallon garden pots
organic soil
2 fans
24 hour lighting for first 2 weeks after initial sprouting, then 18/6 for 2 more weeks, then 12/12 for 8 more weeks
nutes: fox farm grow big (for veg), and fox farm tiger bloom (for flowering). 1 cap full per gallon every other day

Any recommendations for better seed banks?

lmaoo.. this is like the 1553624314376 time someone ask's what is the best seed bank to order or any recommendations on better seed banks ...
