It doesn't matter to your employer or insurance if your high or not, but you can bet your ass that they will try their hardest to pass blame to you, to avoid liability or payment. Just saying that to me it's not worth it to jeprodize a 6 figure job. The onus will then be on you to prove your innocence, pretty hard to prove innocence if your passing doobies while training people. Just saying, not the best way to do things. I'm sure your a big boy and can make those judgment calls yourself. Not judging, I drive high all the time, but I know where to draw the line. I refrain when my responsibilities out weigh my personal beliefs, like at work or with kids in the truck, I would rather be safe than sorry.

But if you get in an accident and were not even smoking that day thc remains in the system for 30 days so you are screwed eithe way. Just my 2 cents

That's the million dollar question..... but if your car smells like smoke, you can bet your going to have a lot more issues. It's probable cause for the POPO to demand a sample from you. There are hundreds of crashes every day, if the popo have no reasonable cause to demand a sample, chances are there will be no issue, and our charter should protect us. It's a risk you need to determine if the risk is worth the reward. It's only illegal if you get caught. Right?

What is used when the hotel charges a customer $200 for smoking in the room. U can buy it at Staples for like $12
Lasts a long time if used for a vehicle.

I've been pulled over and road checks several time after coming home from the garden, reeking of kush. The popo always called me out for growing but not smoking, good thing I can produce my DG card, back in the day you actually got a federal card, saved my ass bunch of times. Not like they can do anything for smelling like fresh cannabis.

I still have my old card and always have it in my wallet. Although the card is expired, all the info is still relevant as per my expired pinks...which is protected by the injunction.
