i Just ended up ordering a vac chamber on line. Damn i wish some place would sell them locally. Damn HB you need a tester...;-);-) hint hint :mrgreen:

I hope I'm not out of place for asking, but are there any growers in AZ that would like biochemistry graduate with a vacuum chamber to perform some extractions with any sugar trim?

I could be wrong but i think extracts/resins are illegal in arizona for medical patients to possess at the moment. if not illegal, it's in a gray area. i'm under the impression that dispensaries can sell extracts but a med user caught with it may or may not be prosecuted under current law depending on the mood of the cop who sees it.

I'm a bit hazy on it, but even though the medical pot law states all parts of the plants are ok, another law states something different. extracts/resins under one law is illegal but under another are legal. they have to be taken to court yet again to get things straight.

"In other words, registered identification card holders and dispensaries may be exposed to criminal prosecution under the Criminal Code for possessing a narcotic drug if the card holder or dispensary possesses resin extracted from any part of a plant of the genus Cannabis or an edible containing resin extracted from any part of a plant of the genus Cannabis. If you’re concerned that your conduct may expose you to criminal prosecution, you may wish to consult an attorney. We’ll be providing some specific guidance for dispensaries licensed by the ADHS next week."

in comments to the above, it is stated that at the moment, dispensaries can provide products made out of extracts/resins.


guys what about it?? are wax, oils etc legal, illegal or still a gray area?

They're legal but there is a chance you could have to hire an attorney to prove it, because our state is full of fucking cunts and idiots when it comes to MMJ. I can't believe it hasn't been sorted out in court yet.

If am a licensed caregiver with cultivation rights and have a greenhouse on a rental property, would any liability fall on the landlord if said greenhouse was broken into?

I just made a topic that me & a buddy are going & we have room if someone needs a ride there & back. Just put in on gas. Were staying at the best inn denver. They still have rooms available.
