anyone know how close i should have a 250 watt CFL to the top of trees?

i have a reflector which is hanging on hooks above the plants horizontally i put it like 4 inches away come home from work and the leaves are all droopy
im 1 month and 6 days into flower any ideas??? thanks!

If you have a spray gun, mist with water immediately.

You should have a small fan blowing the hot air away between the top of your plant and the light bulb.

Check how dry the growing medium is.
