I'm going through cookies at an alarming rate - but it totally knocks me out between 4-8 hours. More so 4 recently, but that's probably because I'm all Jazzed! haha

SAME! I have a "sleep machine" app on my iphone that I have been using for years now. I needed it when I was working near an oil field in Fort Mac, Canada, and the constant propane bursts they use to keep the birds away made me feel like I was in 'Nam.
It's like 3 or 4 bucks I think - and I swear it saved my life out there. For the now...just gotta continue on this ween.
