Touche,I've been using air pots for years and I wouldn't use anything else. They are more money than the fabric pots but they last forever and they don't have to be raised off the floor - I prefer hard sided pots.
I start in the 1ltr air pot and transplant to the 9.2ltr air pot at 2 weeks. So the guy that says you can't transplant is wrong. You simply unwrap them. This is what the roots look like at 2 weeks from sprout in the 1ltr propagation air pot.

Make sure you get the original air pots and not a knock off.Yeah seems like a great investment, might try some next spring.
I grow in coco so the medium never gets dry.1 pain in the ass is watering them.
If you let them get too dry all the water just fires down the sides. Huge dry pockets of occur.
