8 final newbie questions before i start a grow.

1. How many of which light needed minimum for one plant at a time ?
2. How can i control the temprature best ?
3. Best way to control oddurs ?
4. best way to germinate seeds ?
5. best cheap way to control oddurs ?
6. views on growing illegally for personal use only ?
7. how much will my electric bill increase for a small set up like mine ?

Im on a rather low budget of like £200 and i plan to grow in this wardrobe/closet pictured below.








also i need it to be kept stealthy, so my final question is because im on such a low budget is there any point in doing a grow ?

EDIT.

also is keeping the PH and humidity very important or can it be done without ?
im not looking for a 6ft tall 20 oz bush i would be happy with like 2oz so will me keeping ph and humidity greatly change the way it grows ?

1.cfls,flourors or mh for the first month or until it shows sex then hps until done
2.make sure you have good ventilation(duct fans and circulating fans)
3.filter
4.in a paper towel or a shot glass of water
5.homemade filter
6.everybody does it just stay quiet about it
7.depends on what you plan on using but not much
8.always a point in doing grow people grow in aerogardens and pc cases which your space is way bigger so hell yeah..

It basically boils down to this, do you have the time to maintain the plants? Because with a low budget, you have to get your hands dirty every now and than with the plants, where as if you had a little bit more, you could easily set up a hydro system and have it completely timered and only have to check it twice a week or so.

i go through dumpsters at construction sites,and cruise neighborhoods on trash day and for 200 watt HPS lights i like traffic accidents involving light poles

If you're thinking about a small grow, odder isn't that big a deal until you start flowering, and even than, if you only have 2 or three plants flowering it's not going to wreak as much if you were to have say 10+ plants growing at the same time. If that makes sense. Basically, the most expensive part would be a) genetics b) a light for flowering, i'd suggest something like a 250-450 w hps with a hood that has a glass piece on the bottom of it. and just a fluorescent light that you can find at any hardware store for vegetating. Soil and pots you wouldn't need to invest that much in, and nutrients are not a necessity, but do help a little bit, but if it's not in your budget that no worries.

Other than lights and genetics, there is nothing very pricey, I mean you still have to add in money for soil and pots like I was saying, but that isn't too bad. To get the a setup going you're just basically going to need a light, and a seed, simple as that.

what ?the lights ? hell yea they work you usully need more than one for parts, before i went digi i use to run 800 watts in a custom sheetmetal hood ....i use to think about all the drunk bastards that died in car crashes with light poles so that i may grow bud
