dude it depends on the strain and genetics and alot more than even that to determine height. I have NO IDEA how tall you can grow. That doesn't even seem relevent to me.
There are SO many variables that can effect a plants growth.
Are they 65 watt CFL's? Or 65 watt equivelent CFL's?
Are they at the right end of the light spectrum for veg? 6500K?
Do you have nutes?
Do you have any growing expierence?
Are you going to have good ventalition?
Are your temps and humidity going to be in check?
Are you going to be keeping your PH in check?
The plant COULD tripple in size when you switch to flower.
I'm really not trying to be mean ro a douche or anything like that. But why would you ask how tall you can grow them? It would make more sense if you said that you had a specific height limit, but you just asked how tall will they grow... That's basically like asking someone how tall his mutt puppy that he just picked up off the street corner is going to get... So to answer your question, I'd say anywhere from 1 to 8 feet (depending on ALL of those other factors).......... I've seen plants less than a foot tall, and I've seen plants over 12ft tall.....

Actually you can get more height with less light because the plant will stretch up trying to get to the light. But you don't want just more height you want good foliage all over and shorter internodes. 3 65w actual cfls would not be enough to fully veg 12 plants unless you were planning to keep them small and close together, but it will get them started.
Im growing in soil the pots are 5inchX6inch. The space of the 12 pots is 1'9X2'2. My grow box is 3'X3'X6'H.
The setup is for SOG, im aiming for over 1' tall plants then flower.
Should I go with sog or veg 3-4 plants longer if the lights are enough? Also would the 3 lights atop the 12 plants be enough. Will they all recieve light

Because you DO NOT have enough light for 12 plants. You have 180 watts of CFL right now (60 + 60 + 60 = 180) that's enough for 1 and 1/2 plants (could get away with 2) because like I said before, 100 watts of light per plant. So let's do some math here, if you want 12 plants, and you need 100 watts per plant then (12 [number of plants] X 100 [number of watts needed per plant] = 1,200 [watts for 12 plants]) But hey, 12 and 1&1/2 are close enough I guess right...
