3x3 Grow Setup Question

Hey guys!

A couple questions

I have a 3x3 Gorilla grow tent & I just ordered the 2' height extensions.. bringing my total tent height to 9'
From the floor to the bottom of the led is 77" so I have a pretty good amount of clearance.
I currently have a Kind K3 L300 light from years ago, and am thinking of adding a 2nd light .. The king led 1000w
I am looking to grow Tangerine Dream by Barneys.. But I also have Aurora Indica, Kaya Gold, Black Diesel, Blue Dream, Arjans Haze #1 and Master Kush seeds.
Would tangerine dream be the best choice or would you advise a grow a different strain? My last grow was 4 years ago and I grew Master Kush and Bubba OG in this same 3x3 tent and both came out great but light on the yields.. Hence why I want to add another led light this time. Im running an organic soil medium & will be using fox farm nutrients.

My questions are -
1) Would adding the 2nd led be too much light? Or is there a negative effect to having too much light?
2) How many plants would you recommend setting up? I'm thinking 2-3?
3) How tall would you allow the plants to grow with this much height and which method of growing/training would you use?
4) Is tangerine dream the right strain for my setup? Or should I grow one of the other strains I have.

I'm in the tristate area and will be putting the grow tent inside an enclosed shed outside so it will be getting hot as we step into the summer months.. July August.

The kind isn't much of a light, toss it and buy a decent light:

You really can’t rely on strains as most have multiple phenos which are basically completely different plants

Thank you for the reply & the info. So I decided to go with a Spider Farmer SE 3000 for a light.
Strains germinating, 2 tangerine dream, 1 arjans Haze #1, 2 Kaya gold.
I’ll update my progress as the plants grow.
