3rd grow, first with super soil

So I’ve done 2 grows so far, first grow was two plants (SSH and Wedding Cake) on a 10.5 week veg (from seed planting) in 10 gallon fabric pots. It was with miracle grow soil and liquid FF neuts. The veg stage was under a shitty old 180 watt advanced platinum burple light and 4 40 watt white lights around the sides. Just before I flipped them, I switched to an excellent spread 315 watt multi spec (with IR) Photontek SQ300 light. Plants were grown in a 3x3. Spent a ton of time training them. Very even canopy that took up the whole space, very little stretch during flower (went from 32x16x14 to 36x18x22) from either strain.

Output from my first grow was 14.8oz trimmed and dried. Nearly 9oz from the WC and just over 6oz from the SSH.

Second grow, 5 plants in the same space, 5 gal containers, same soil, same neuts, 6 week veg, limited plant training, some water stress during veg and one plant suffered from a lack of neuts at one point but it was resolved quickly. Ended up with 10oz for all 5 plants.

New plan is back to the 10 gallon pots, going max veg, heavy training, planning to spread them and let them go a little more vertical than the first grow. As this is my first super soil attempt, I’m curious what will be different. I’m using build a soil 3.0 with some of the lite mix during the initial growth. I’ve also ordered a pair of these for supplement neuts:

I’d also like to hit the 1lb+ mark from this grow just for personal pride, was close the first time, second time was meh. Strains this grow are Pineapple Upsidedown Cake and Unicorn Gelatin.

I have one of those sample kits as well. I am running my second organic plant now, and will be relying on the kit to be my first aid kit so to speak along the journey. 10 gal pot of ocean forest, and Dr earth dry amendments. 1 plant in a 4x4 Trellised. I’m still in the process of filling the net. A second layer will be placed in to hold up the colas in flower. 217FA18F-E16C-4B6F-9F30-2D3350CCDB8A.jpeg
